No. StableJack does not hold your funds, your private keys, or your assets ever.

This is one of the most important questions to ask before using any trading platform. StableJack is non-custodial by architecture, meaning we have no technical ability to access, freeze, or move your money. Here's exactly how that works.

Custodial vs. Non-Custodial: What's the Difference?

A custodial platform holds your assets on your behalf like a centralized exchange. When you deposit funds to a CEX, the exchange controls the underlying crypto. You see a balance on a screen; they hold the keys.

A non-custodial platform never touches your assets. They stay in your own wallet, under your own private keys, at all times. StableJack is fully non-custodial.

Where Do My Funds Actually Live?

StableJack is built on Hyperliquid, a fully on-chain decentralized exchange with its own L1 blockchain. When you trade on StableJack, you're depositing into your own Hyperliquid account, not into a StableJack wallet. Your margin and positions are recorded on a public blockchain, not in a private database we control.

StableJack connects to your Hyperliquid account through API keys or wallet signatures, the same way any trading interface does. We are an AI layer on top of that foundation, not a financial intermediary beneath it.

Can StableJack Move My Funds Without My Permission?

No. StableJack can’t execute transactions on behalf of others.  All settlements happen on-chain through Hyperliquid's smart contracts, not routed through StableJack.

What Happens to My Funds if StableJack Shuts Down?

Nothing. Because your funds are not held by StableJack, they are completely unaffected if we were ever to close. Your Hyperliquid account, your margin, and your positions exist independently of us. You'd continue to access them directly through Hyperliquid or any compatible interface.

This is the core promise of non-custodial architecture: the only entity you need to trust with your funds is the Hyperliquid protocol itself,  a transparent, auditable, on-chain system. StableJack adds intelligence on top of that foundation, not an additional point of failure.

The Bottom Line

StableJack never holds your funds. Your assets stay on-chain, in your control, at all times. If you have questions about how StableJack handles account access or data, reach us at our socials.
